Iin graduated from UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA and started as a brand ambassador. She then took the opportunity to join the PT. APPCO head office team a year later as a Customer Service Executive. She has been in the Customer Service division for 5 years, developing her skills and knowledge and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2014 managing a team of 13 people. Her main responsibility is to provide excellent service above client’s expectation, aligned with the company’s core values.
